These workshops aim to: 
Offer a space to think about making choices about your life and what opportunities are available to you. 
These workshops will focus on topics such as leisure, employment, faith, education, community involvement, health services, arts and culture. 

These workshops are hosted by 'Vital Link' members and Disability Advice Service Lambeth for inpatients and people who access community mental health teams in Lambeth.
