I think you need more info on mental conditions, maybe video clips. I think a forum for support and general chit chat for service users.

1. Following on from Susie's comment, perhaps might be good to have forums which are specific for each of the service areas/mental health conditions to facilitate discussion on specific service areas. 2. User names: I would like to see ability to give a user name rather than having one's full name and identity given in the posts. That may encourage more open and frank discussion, and also there are issues for service users and privacy concerns when it comes to discussing their experiences in a forum post which openly identifies them. Has this issue been considered, and if so, what is the reason for having the person identified as currently?

I echo both Susie & Dan; video clips on specific mental conditions would be fantastic, especially with emphasis on little-known conditions which aren't as well-documented as others. Having usernames would be of massive benefit to this site in encouraging more people to open up. Despite liking this website, I was hoping to find the forum flourishing. It would have been great to see a lot of people discussing things here and a sense of anonymity would help a lot with that.
